The hotel is simple and clean, with particularly good and magnificent location. The staff are amazingly nice, the breakfast is great.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, with a super comfortable bed. The staff were amazing and very friendly. Amazing value for money!

The hotel is located really close to the city center and it is easy to find parking. It is possible to park a car for free from 8pm to 8 am in the street near by. The paid parking lot close to the hotel is 20 EUR per day.

Staff and owners were very helpful and friendly, location was excellent and breakfast was great. For the price and condition I couldn't complain.

I wouldn't carry a lot of large luggages because of the small elevator but it didn't bother us much. The Internet wasn't fantastic as it connects and discomnects when youre away from the computer for a while. I can see some people not familiar with computers getting frustrated but I didn't have a problem using it.

Location: the hotel was next to the centre of Florence, the city center and the main turists attractions and the main attractions. The atmosphere created was quiet.

Stay just outside the historical city center and enjoy the convenience of being near all the main attractions. Take a short walk to the Train Station and explore the charming city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is pleasant and helpful. Start your day off right with a delicious breakfast and admire the stunning view from your room. Additionally, the hotel offers basic facilities that will ensure a comfortable stay.

It would have been nice if we had had a boiled egg/ cheese/ meat /fruit for breakfast on one of the days.We stayed 4 nights and the breakfast was the same each day.

Our triple room had central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Everywhere there was fairly clean.

The central location was perfect and we were able to easily walk to everything. The staff was most helpful with any directions or places, like markets, that we needed. The map they provided was the best for getting around in Firenze we found. Have a tiny elevator that will hold more than you'd think and was valuable for getting to the 4th floor after a long day walking around the city. Great view from the big window in our room.

The bathroom was adequate but needed some minor repair to the shower door - the shower itself would not accomodate anyone carrying much extra weight.

stayed here recently and it was a pleasant surprise. the staff was incredibly helpful and the room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. the location was a bit of a walk from the attractions, but there were convenient bus stops nearby.

Heating system didn't work properly.

The staff were excellent, very helpful and gave lots of tips on what to see, where to eat etc.

I recently stayed at the Genzianella for a short trip to Florence. The hotel's location is perfect, just a 15-minute walk to the city center. The service was excellent for the price, with friendly and attentive staff. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel also provided a fridge in the room, which was a nice touch. The breakfast offered in the hotel below was delicious, with a variety of options including yogurt, cheese, fresh croissants, and coffee.
